Blepharoplasty

EyeLid Surgery

Eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids.  Surgery can be performed on either the upper and lower lids, or both.  If you want to improve your appearance with your eyelids, eyelid surgery can rejuvenate the area surrounding your eyes.  Drooping upper eyelids and/or puffy circles under your eyes can make you look sad or tired, as well as adding years to your look. This safe procedure allows you to appear more rested, while helping to reduce the signs of aging. If you've been considering eyelid surgery, request a consultation with Dr. Alan Kisner.

Specifically, eyelid surgery can treat:

  • Loose or sagging skin that creates folds or disturbs the natural contour of the upper eyelid
  • Excess fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the eyelids
  • Bags under the eyes
